i thought it was already ilegal? i presumed that harrods did it that one time because it sold to a foreign buyer unaware of the law?

No, there's no law against selling puppies from a pet shop.

There needs to be a special pet shop license from the council to sell puppies or kittens rather than just smaller animals. Harrods still sell puppies and we had a big campaign and a demonstration there before Christmas. The petition is still active and we will go back there again once the weather is better and hopefully get a bigger turnout this time.

Hi Mandy done it and I hope it goes somewhere... my MP John Bercow did not turn up for the vote on forests being sold off so I don't hold out much hope of swaying him on this cause either. :-(
