Had my passes through the door this morning :-)

I got mine too today and for the first time ever we had a different postman who put them through the letterbox and one of the dogs got them, fortunatly he only got through the envelope and punctured the leaflet :-D

I got the passes for the dog I entered by post, havent had the ones for the dog entered online yet. But Fosse data did say all should come by the end of next weekish.

Me too--poor postman had to dig all through his bag while I stood there with four dogs leaping about on their leads, all I have to do is keep our pass etc safe and remember where I put it! :)

I hate not being first too lol - on Fbook they said don't panic being sent over the next week !

Got mine today, entered by post. Catalogue voucher missing though and my photocopy clearly has one down on the form so quick call to fosse in the morning.

Did my entry on line and got mine in the post yesterday.

Not sure if I've got mine or not, my dogs are all registered with my parents address........due to my dogs eating post where as mums don't lol

But I have my proof of postage as always & also the cheque was banked aaaaaages ago!

Just ordered a new suit from Next, fingers crossed it fits or I'll have to go with the old favourite (done me 3 years of showing so far) :)

Not got mine yet but when you live in deepest, darkest Siberia (well Scottish Borders :) ) you kind of get used to it.

I have shown for a few years so will need something to wear to.  May need to visit M&S at the weekend

I have had mine too....but don't they normally send information about judging order, ring no and even which hall we're being judged in??? Has anyone else noticed that this is missing or is it just me??

Last year I also entered one dog by post and the other online, as I wasn't sure if I would take her and wanted the extra time to decide.  I only received the passes for one dog, i just kept my fingers crossed that they would arrive!  Anyway, they didn't arrive and when I contacted Fosse they said that one entry had cancelled the other even though the entries were for seperate breeds.  I was told to turn up and see them at the main KC stand, for my numbers.  It was a nightmare, struggling through the main areas will 2 dogs and all of the kit, when we got to the stand nobody seemed to know what was happening.  After what seemed like an age, our numbers were given but we had no benching, then had to wait for someone to sort this out.  Another down side was that we weren't in the catalogue, we could see people looking bemused at their catalogues when we were in the ring.

We had being told to hold onto all of the e mails etc for 6 weeks, which we did.  Then after that period we had a letter from the KC stating that they would withdraw the award if we didn't provide evidence!  Luckily everything was saved and only needed to be printed off agian. 

The whole experience was extremely stressful and I have only now completed online entries.  Again have two breeds entered but only have passes for one, now hoping that the whole situation isn't going to be repeated.

Donnabl, the dogs are in different partnerships so hopefully the same thing wont happen.

Not had anyting though entered online.  Maybe due to surname being later inthe alphabet too?

Not had mine yet and my surname starts with a B. But I'm not surprised. I missed out on getting my BOB advert in the catalogue as I never received the letter the KC sent me. I'll almost be surprised if the passes turn up!

We entered online and got ours today we are "S" inthe alphabet.

Entered online 'B' in the alphabet and still not got them :(

I'm a D and have got mine, OH is a C and not got his yet

My friend is a D and got hers yesterday.  Im a C and not got mine yet.  She did a postal entry and I entered online so dont know if thats got something to do with it :-)

Hi Sedona, it tells you in the catalogue which Hall, ring and judging order everyone is.

I know all the information is in the catalogue but having a breed which doesn't have CC's, we are usually 2nd or even 3rd in the ring!! It is often about 2pm before we get seen, so it helps to know beforehand what the judging order is as no need to be there at 8am!!!!

But it does have the judging order in the catalouge.

All judging to start at 9am apart from those announced last week in the dog press.

Got my passes today, all the usual stuff with it. My breed is on the list for early or late start, it does say on that all other breeds as per the schedule. The judging order is always in the schedule so you do know it from the day you enter. No need to wait until you have the catalogue.

I got my passes on Tuesday.  Surname is S and I entered online :)

Not got mine yet in deepest Somerset...and I am a "T"... will see what todays post brings.

Do they send out the parking passes seperately, paid for car parking but not received a pass with my dog passes, didnt want to ring fosse if they came seperately, cant remember last year.

No car park pass comes with the other tickets if you're an exhibitor.

mine came this morning....with an extra helper pass....happy days....now ALL the kids can come and see me make a prat of myself in the ring lol lol

Well postie has just delivered mine, including car park pass, and times of judging for E/L.

Interesting to read on the information leaflet this bit quote :-
"Exhibitors are reminded that the KC believes the practice of picking up dogs , often Terriers, by their tails and leads when lifting them to and from the table during judging is both undesirable and completely unnecessary"

Never noticed it before, is it new or have I not been very observant? Have to agree with it though.

Aileen that leaflet was included for the first time last year -also first time it had mentioned temperament then.

Oh, sorry it's me being a bit dim!! I have now found it in the schedule, I thought I'd checked it thoroughly but obviously not...lol

Sam I was SO disappointed. :( The fact it has happened to you as well, and NOT this year, makes me angry. Would it really be so hard for the KC to hand out a slip of paper with the BOB card, giving relevant information such as "You will be offered an advert in next year's catalogue, if you have not heard from us by such and such a date, please get in touch"? I shall be telling them this and I shall also have a right go at Royal Mail for losing my letter. After all, it's a prize money can't buy.

Well the girls YKC tickets have arrived but not handling pass or my passes :( trying to  be patient lol! 

My daughter's YKC pass came before my tickets as well.

No passes here yet :-(

noticed in the scdule they will not allow softcrates on the floors this year, its a little note right at the back, i wonder just how many people would have seen it ??

Re soft crates, why would you put them on the floor and not on the bench.?
Dont understand, I use wire crates , my friends who do use soft crates put them on the bench with dogs in them.

ompossiable to put them on the bench when its for a large / giant breed, they just wont fit.

Haven't got my passes yet either :(

sure there was some news piece about the safety aspect of soft crates?  tipping dogs getting out???

I got too many? I entered 4 dogs. 2 in one breed and 2 in another. Got two envelopes. one with the passes for just 2 dogs of one breed, and another with passes for all 4. Have got 2 catalogue vouchers one in each but only ordered 1 catalogue? I entered all dogs at the same time so not sure why this has happened. Just waiting for credit card statement to  make sure they haven't charged me for 6 entries and 2 catalogues.
