Hi guys me again lol,

AV Terrier N.S.C puppy,post graduate,open or
AV Terrier puppy,open,veteran
Which one would you put her in but will not beable to go in puppy she will be 13mths old i know that i don't want to go into open as every dog will be there, champs etc
i was thinking post grad but not sure please help.

Thanks in advance

i would put her in post grad as open tends to have much older dogs entered.
wouldnt bother with the av classes, do they have any stakes classes suitable for her?
eg, junior or beginers ??

If there is no breed classes, I would put her in AV Terrier NSC  Post Grad because if you were to win it & then get best AV Terrier NSC you will be able to go in the group.

Thanks newf3 thats what i thought it would be but just wanted to double check with people who had more experience.
They don't have anything else like stakes the one i had entered her in dec 2010 did but got cancelled because of the snow ggggrrrrrrrr lol

thanks again

You could do AV Terrier Open too for the experience of course. I often enter both breed and AV, then if I were to win BOB (haha) I could withdraw from AV.

Hi lucydogs
I didn't think you could withdraw or am i thinking about something else there is no breed class for sbt so would defiantly be putting her in AV Terrier N.S.C post grad.
So if i also put her in AV Terrier open but won in post grad i could withdraw from AV open
Sorry i think i've confused myself lol.

Is this right tho

It's only the breed or NSC classes (which are insted of breed classes) you can't withdraw from, you can withdraw from variety classes.

Yes, if you won AVNSC Post Grad and Best AVNSC, you can withdraw from AV to remain unbeaten for the group. It's often the group judge doing AV mind you, so if he doesn't like your dog in one class, he won't like it in the other. But I usually do that if I win BOB.
