Has anyone seen a schedule for Southern Counties?  It's not on Higham.

You can see their website here, although it still shows info from 2010.  The schedule isn't usually out til end of Feb, or early March

I think this is their Centenary year and they are offering reduced entry fees, if I remember correctly (must have been in DW?).   I like this show and lower fees are a really nice way of celebrating :)

Thanks to both of you for replying, yes already looked at their website last week and saw they were still on 2010.  It was in Dog World a couple of weeks ago about the reduced entry.

I'm just wanting to know who's judging so I can plan how we can take the caravan to a few shows all following each other.  We did Paignton, Bournemouth, WKC and SKC all in a row last year but want a different run this year.

Will just have to be patient and wait!!!!

Hi Lorna, does your breed club publish a list of judges?  Most do, although I realise they aren't always up to date.

I had a quick scout around and some breeds do know their judge for that show so the information must be 'out there'  ...somewhere!

Yes the list was in the publication at the end of last year, unfortunately there were quite a few TBA.  Apparently it's not been in the Kennel Gazette yet, so I'll just have to wait.

Hi Jayne.sbt, it's Frenchies, we only have 2 breed clubs, we're members of both, the FBCoE is blank and as I said above the M&NCFBC didn't know at the end of last year.  Will wait with baited breath to see if you're correct.

Thanks anyway.  Lorna.

One of my favourite shows, and most Local after Bath.  Have also been very lucky there winning BOB or Best Of Sex quite a few times.

3rd furthest away for us, only beaten in distance by Paignton and Bournemouth, hence the trip with the caravan trying to find 3 shows in a row.  At present it's SKC then onto Bath then onto Southern Counties, but will depend on the judge.  All other shows will just have to be a weekend in the caravan.  Wish our most local was Bath Brainless!  I live in hope!!

You could travel to Windsor after Sthn Counties.
- By Henri3402 [gb] Date 01.02.11 13:10 UTC
Windsor isn't till July, bit of a gap.  Anyway after reading what was in the Telegraph on Sunday I don't think we'll be going there. If you didn't see it, there's plans afoot for a permanent camp for travellers and gypsies being situated at the edge of Windsor Great Park.

out on fosse and yes slightly reduced fees - shame they didn't do the fees of 1911 :)

More than slightly!
£22 last year - now £19.50. Not sure you will find any CH shows with the same price as last years let alone £19.50 :-)

The schedule is on Fosse now by the way and sadly the Kennel Club have yet to approve a few judges so cannot be published until they do :-(

Well looking at our judge who has yet to be approved I feel there may be several complaints to the KC.  The same judge comes around every 14 - 18 months without fail, has awarded at least one of the CC's to the same person EVERY TIME they have ever judged, and they are related, closely.  No wonder our breed entries are plummeting.

well..well.. harkback who is that then...
