We have 10 Boxer Cross puppies orphaned today.  All are healthy.  Can anyone help with a surrogate.  We are on the Isle of Wight but the owners would be prepared to travel.

sorry i carnt help but i wish them all the luck in the world, we very nearly came close to looseing our girl after having 9 pups 2weeks ago ,so sad! :( xxx

Sounds like the ideal solution for a couple of them. I wouldn't be rearing (or in this case expecting the GRs owner to rear) 10 large cross breeds. Common sense has to factor in, maybe let the GR rear one or two?

That's not my decision to make.... Or yours.
At the moment I am welling up, just because of a chance mention last night to someone I know who lives in the area, who has now contacted me about a mum needing babies.
I've done my bit, and that was pure chance. The rest is up to them, and if you were in that situation with orphans, I know from experience, you would be thanking every god or goddess on the planet.

so pleased you found anew mummy for them. please keep us updated on puppies progress. i tried to find a new mummy for our pups due to her not having any milk and although i dont mind the hand rearing part i just worry its not the best start in life for them and had anyone local been willing to help i would have been so greatfull,
