My girl came in season yesterday, normally  I would mate them the season in between their annual vaccine's but she missed last season so trying again this season, her annual booster is due 1st feb vet said to get it done tomorrow about 10 days before taking her to the stud. Would it be safe or would it be better to wait till the puppies have left and do it late.

A couple of years ago I mated a bitch one day, vaccinated her the next, mated again the following day -vet said according to vacc data sheet that would be fine. She had ten healthy pups.
