just had an email through saying passes are available to download

Got the same but when I went on there were no passes, so don't know now if I entered on-line or by post????

Hi, just been on and have downloaded my passes ok.

I have emailed them and they just asked me to check my account, duh. 

Have mailed back to say there is no trace of a historical entry for this years Manchester,

Are they perhaps sending the mails to all exhibitors?

If so it si most confusing as I mmy have entered by post, honestly don't remember that far back.

If so will I recieve my passes?

Ok (sorry, slightly off post here), I accept I am a less than functional IT head, but their website is *AWFUL* and not easy to navigate. It took some effort to read the horrible tiny font to even find the page. They should read guidance on accessibility for visually impaired people

I have my computer set up with large fonts and different colours due to very poor sight so I see huge lettering.

This is often a problem with sites that use frames as all the text doesn't fit into the boxes.

I did not get an email but my pass is ready to down load. Barbara I keep all my show entre confirmation emails in a folder in my hotmail. so if i check, i can see all the shows i have entered on line.

Anyone know what  ring the SPECIAL BEGINNERS STAKES will be in.?

Mystery solved: 

The email about passes went out to all those with a dogbiz account whether they had entered on-line or not.  So for those like me who did not enter on-line but by post passes will be sent.

"As you have a database on dog.biz the email regarding downloading passes was sent to you as it is a blanket email and gets sent to everyone with a dog.biz database.

You entered this show by post therefore you will get your passes by post and they are being sent out today.

Printed mine ok except for the first digit of our ring numbers going off the edge of the page but that might have been our printer!

Must have been your printer lol! I checked mine and all the number is there!

Does anyone know what time AVNSC Pastoral is scheduled for please?

Disaster I don't have any black ink left in the printer - wonder if a sensible colour will do?
