The Officers and Committee  were concerned about the conditions for exhibitors travelling to the show and the state of the car park - already under several inches of snow and with further falls expected before Monday. With  little prospect of any thaw we felt it was unfair to expect exhibitors to risk their health and safety for a dog show. We also wanted to give plenty of notice given the show is on a Bank Holiuday.
The Society are very sad to have to take this decision but trust that exhibitors will understand. The cost of cancelling a show are quite onerous with printing, postage and hall hire. However, the society will be offering exhibitors their entry fees back if they wish to apply to the secretary with an SAE
