Hi everyone, I have not been on for awhile and as this year draws to a close I have decided to look back on the events of 2010, there have been many tears, twists, turns, shocks and laughter.
From the break-up of my long term relationship, to finding a wonderful best friend who supported me through good and bad, you give me laughter everyday and for that I am truly glad.
My DAD being ill and so many miles away.
My beautiful girls growing up and changing, then the shock of finding my eldest being pregnant with twin girls. My youngest gaining her first gcse which she got a B Well done Raven x
Remembering Fudge who's life was so short but full to the brim our boy x.
A cherished visit from my MUM who no matter what gives the ever lasting love that keeps me fighting.
Knowing we have all had our hurdles this year, some great others small but no less important, I hope like I you have all come through them or little by little you are, look back on your year, smile and be proud however much you have achieved, take that strength with you for the new one approaching.
May I wish you all A Wonderful Christmas and a Healthy, Peaceful, Prosperous and Happy New Year
Diane, Chelsea, Raven (still to arrive but have to give them a voice Scarlet & Aimee) & Bo xx

Happy Christmas to you too!

We've had an up and down year too. We moved into our lovely new house in March, but lost my beloved Henry, my once-in-a-lifetime dog, in June. I'm still devastated, and start crying whenever I think of him, it's as hard to cope now as it was the day it happened. But then Hetty my new puppy was born 3 weeks later, and she'll be at her first show on Tuesday.

Hope everyone has a great 2011!

Thank You.
The same to you....and yours.

2010 had some bad times but more Good ones..

My proudest moment this year was my Son's Pass Out Parade as RAF Holton. The joy I felt having my husband, our daughter, my sons 2 best friends and his lovely , lovely Girlfriend all there with me to share the day was a pure gift.

The announcement that A & K are to be married in January.
My daughter has a new job which she loves and is so happy in her work and a new BF who I think is going to be around for a while ;-)
After my redundancey and the trauma of my first experience of unemployment, I now have a job which I am loving.

Sad moments have been losing two beautiful cats, First my queen and then 7 months after her lovely son. They were both such beautiful pets. But at 17 & 16 had both had good happy lifes.
Mum gets slowly worse but now and again "MY" Mum still appears for a visit. These appearances we  cherish.

Yes 2010 had a few bad times but these have been out weighed by the good.

I am sure 2011 will be the same....

Seasons Greetings to you all..

Thanks, although it is more the eldest who was my biggest problem and she is quite settled now.
My youngest has had her moments this year too, I can not wait to see the rest of her results next year.
Indeed it is lovely to finally have great news.
Thank-you
All the very best to you

All the best to you Diane - I'm sure you will be pulled into service to help with the twins!

My 2010 was better than some years but as always not as good as I'd like. I'm still missing my old dog, pts November, very much and having the two Mums over for Christmas day makes me feel lucky they're still here but desperately sad at how one of them has deteriorated. But, as with a lot of things, some things we have no control over and what will be will be.

I for one will feel better in body and mind with lighter longer days and some sun on me!
