Do you mean Tim Ball.?. He has shar pei and is vice president of the club.
Not sure about his judging status though.

Tim awards CCs in (at least)  Shar Pei and judges other breeds/groups at Open Show level. He has judged overseas, and owns (in partnership)  the top Shar Pei this year.
