Does anyone drink Bailey out of a liquer glass? mine gets filled halfway with ice and topped up to the top with Baileys.

I did have a nice Baileys tumbler, but I dropped it :( So now it's sipped from my Disaronno tumble -
no ice for me, it's perfect as it is :) (LOL, partial to a straight Disaronno too :) )
Yum, yum, perfect winter-warmer drinks :)

I have never had Disaronno...what is it?

My son and dil as we speak are drinking theirs mixed with chocolate milkshake and ice , more like from a tumbler than a liquer glass lol Goes well over icecream too or are my family all heatherns
>I have never had Disaronno...what is it?
Amaretto (almond) flavoured liquer. Yummy :-)

I love baileys!! No ice needed!!
I have a little tumbler for baileys!

One Christmas I got some small chocolate cups & my mum & I drank Baileys out of thos, yum. Agree it's nice on ice cream as well.
The trouble is they don't taste alcoholic until you try and stand up!!
At a post show BBQ someone introduced us to KGB's, tasted like chocolate milkshake until I had to fight with the bed in the caravan to make it up :) I know it was Kuhala (sp?) Baileys and I think Brandy, there were a few stewards with headaches the next day :)

Please could someone tell me what Baileys tastes like? The reason I don't drink, is because I think all alchohol tastes absolutely foul.

very sweet milky coffee is how I think of it. It is rather yummy, sickly after a while.
If you want alcohol Jean and not taste it how about putting Kahlua and milk together on ice, sweet iced coffee is how I think of it and with enough milk you don't even taste the alcohol.

I used to love Bailey's but think I'm now allergic to something in it which I'm annoyed about as I love the taste.

Years ago someone suggested a drink that I would love, and it was delicious. I have never enjoyed anything so much in all my life. Tasted like really lovely pop.
It was in a tall glass with ice, and had Southern Comfort, a dash of lime cordial, and topped up with Canada Dry. I enjoyed it so much that I had several.
When I went to stand up, someone had taken the bones out of my legs.
I love it with Southern Comfort in and usually topped with Soda water and ice. Being naughty with just the Baily's and Southern Comfort.
Can't drink much now as it swells my fingers and everything else up. Same with Tia maria. So have to punish myself lol.
Forgot, Jean if you try it in Black Coffee, you don't taste the alcohol.

Oh, I lurve Tia maria!! I find Baileys a bit sickly after a couple of drinks but Tia Maria can be drunk all night long. Just plain on the rocks is fine with me cos I take offense if it gets mixed with cola!

Oh and for the Baileys any glass for me, doesn't matter. But I guess a small tumbler for me is good.. But a pint glass is also favourable as you can fit more in it ;-)
