Hi all
I just wanted to let you know that we took Albert for a check up at the vets - and to check his hips out and his eyes. Well they seem to think his misty eyes are due to the fact bullys have droopy eyes and some get effected by the air and they get dry which causes this mistyness - this isn't 100% so he is going back late Jan to see how they are. Hi hips where checked out and she said she doubt very much that he has displaysia as his hips feel normal but one is slight stiff which she wants to keep an eye on but that as he is so big and other minnor reasons. She said there is no way of telling 100% unless he has an exray which means knocking him out etc which she said isn't worth it unless I plan to breed so I can be 100% which I am not going to breed from him.
So I will be massaging his one hip daily which may help it loosen up a bit.
And they all said he is a healthy and lovely bully :-)
I shall get a pic of him as soon as pos.

Start him on glucosamine sulphate if his hip is bothering him .
It is the best thing for arthritis and other joint problems
