I want to change my address as my 2 dogs are microchipped, but i dont know where to go to do that. Can anyone help please.

There is a section to fill in on your microchip certificate, on the back of it.

If you can't remember which registry (sadly Petlog are not the only one), and you have lost the certificates, then the vet can scan, and tell you who they are chipped with, and you can get their contact details and write in with the chip numbers and your details.

Sadly this is the main failing of chipping nd any other ID system, owners not advising of change of address. 

This is where the Tattoo register having the breeders details permanently on record means they can also contact them if needed.
