Hi everyone, apologies for the title!
I just got home and noticed my female dog had this creamy white discharge with a hint of green at the end of her vulva, its the first time I've ever seen this. She is a cocker spaniel who just turned 2 at the end of last month and has just finished her season.
I did google it and pyometra came up which has kind of got me scared, but she is eating, drinking, and acting normally. The only problem she has had is fleas a few weeks ago.

My first thought with an unspayed bitch would be pyometra and I would be zipping up to the vets quick smart (Sunday or no Sunday!) to be checked. It may not be anything serious but our dogs health is not best treated by second guessing and google searches :)

Fingers crossed it's nothing serious and let us know how you get on at the vet :)

Definitely take her in case of pyo, but my girl's had this a few times after seasons and it's always just been an infection further down towards the vulva rather than the womb itself, so hopefully some antibiotics will clear it up.

Sorry to ask this but have you had a good sniff? Does she seem swollen, distressed, drinking more than usual. I would be ringing the vet for advice if not a consultation even if it turns out to be an infection especially as you have recently had a season, just to be sure.
