Just seen this on FB so thought i'd pass the info on :)

If you are going to midland counties tomorrow please be aware if you come off the m6 allow extra time as there are road works at the top of the
road that is the road past the MOD between the motorway and the showground

Also don't forget if you go via the M56 that motorway is closed at the junctions where you can join the M6 so you need to make extra time for the diversions.

I know what a pain that will be for me, me mum and dad had to take a huge detour the other week because the road was closed from the Airport.

Just AA route planned and found a slightly different route taking me away from the M56.

i saw this on another forum,

A warning for people intending to leave the M.6. at Junction 14 and joining the A518 towards the show ground. There is a big traffic hold up at the junction near the R.A.F camp entrance and should consider a different route/approach
