Hi Guys,
we had our first progesterone test this morning...managed to find the only vet in N. I that does the progrsterone testing. After a 4 hr drive we got a phonecall after 2 hrs of testing and her first result is 0.88. She is on her 5th day but we wanted to start testing early as she missed last time and we are desperate to get her in pup. They recommended testing her again mon or tues which I thought was a bit early?? We where thinking more wed? Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Seeing as you are looking for a reading of 10-15, I would say O.88 was way off yet. She won't jump that far between Saturday and Monday. Tuesday at the earliest for me, when I would be expecting her to be around 2-3, 4 at a push

thanks rocknose..thats what I thought. When I was there this morning I forgot to ask them what they give thier resuils in ng/l or nmol/l. When I rang for the results the nurse couldn't tell me what their machine was set at!! So I need to find this out!!  Think we will test her Wed. Thanks again..feeling dead anxious at the minute!! I asked her what levels they use for mating and she said between 7-9?

That will likely be ng if they said between 7 and 9
