Help guys,

This is going to sound daft because I can't explain it very well but I am looking for the nylon show leads ( Westie) that works easily , if you are standing them on the table you can hold the lead losser to keep head up but one than when you put them down to walk tightens itself when you put them down. It almost looks like a Semi chocker but it is not quite one.

I have about 20 show leads with clips and push up bars and I hate them all. I need a 3rd arm.

I have seen then on dogs at shows and have searched high and low but can't find them.

Any help??

Sounds like you are describing a half choker,we use them on our Dachy`s.They can be bought in a range of sizes.Unfortunately I`ve only ever been able to find them at Champ Shows,where quite a few of the trade stands have them,some do mail order but sorry I don`t know which.I`m sure someone else will help you out there.

I saw them at Darlington and I should have ask the girl then.

They were really good. I get real fed up adjusting the slip lead. I am nervous enough with out an

escaped Westie on the loose. :-)))

Just looked at their site think they might have it will call but can't really see the ptroducts so may have to wait unitl next champs show. I will let you know how I get on..thanks for your help.

I have one of these - the lead is pink though - and the 'collar' is 12 inches I think. If you think it will fit yours and you would like it let me know and I'll send it to you.

Thanks very much for the offer Wendy but think it would be better used if you held on to it incase there is someone who could use it more than I , as my pair are westies and even at ring craft it is frowned upon to have anything but white.

Have a look at Hub International (I don't have the addy handy, but do a google search and you'll find it). That's where I got this one - and they do white leads with the chain. Not too expensive either.
