I know we have discussed this before, but I have decided my puppy contract, which is now 10 years old, is definitely out of date & needs renewing. Could anyone out there send me a specimen of theirs so I can get a few good ideas on the wording? many thanks in advance

christine...a bit of searching on my part (after posting the original request, silly me!) came up with your puppy contract...so I have taken some ideas from it, along with Anita's & a couple of others, but still open to suggestions in case I have missed something!

I also do a "Tips" document which includes things like housetraining, worming, innoculations, grooming, basic training, exercise, feeding and anything else I can think of and for my last litter I also did a letter for the new vets which included
Name and DoB of pup
Microchip No
When it was wormed
Inbreeding Coefficient (so many vets blame problems on pedigree dogs "ingreeding" that I thought I would negate this just in case it was ever said :-) )
Parents health test results
Puppy's health test results
Diet (and why I feed raw)
A request that if anything serious happened healthwise, especially if it was heriditary then could they please contact me.
