Marshmallows are very low in calories, but high in sugar content, so something to think about.
I think to be honest, if it's once a week, I'd settle down with something like a Mars bar that had been in the fridge. And a cuppa :)
Most people can lose weight if they have the odd bit of chocoalate, as long as they don't go crazy. Just one bar, very occasionally will be fine in my book anyway!

If we keep talking about choccie the poor OP will end up eating some, and that's not the idea, everyone..LOL

Marshmallows - But the sugar.............................??
Has anyone tried these diet pills/supplements from the supermarkets?

I like to focus on the positive :-) Besides I need the energy, or how else could I behave like a big kid?

You don't need Marshmallows to do that now do you? Thats just an excuse for your behaviour..
> mmmmmmmmmm, sugar rush!!!
That was a brill prog that.

1)Punnet of Strawberries/bag of Cherries and a sachet of Low cal Hot chocolate powder
2) Suck strawb. or cherry
3) Dip in hot choccie powder
4) Melt in mouth and eat :-D
Bob's your Uncle and Fanny's your guilt free Aunt!!
I just get the feeling that I HAVE to get something sweet to eat or else....
I make up a suger free jelly with less water. I let it cool and partly set. When its done, I add a Muller Light Yogurt. Its yummy and VERY sweet.
Im also a monster marshmellow eater. They are fat free BUT have suger BUT I work out quite a lot so feel that Im burning it off

I find when I crave chocolate I better eat it cause it doesn't curve it if I don't, nothing else works. I only crave that at certain times and also salty stuff- popcorn usually does the trick for salt...
I have just discovered Go Ahead Crispy slices. We had the raspberry ones which are like big fruity garibaldis and only 56 calories per slice. However there are 3 in each little internal packet so don't eat them all !

No chance of that here, I think they are blinkin awful - but that's just me.

As a life long dieter these are what I use when needing a sweet rush....
- crushed meringues, topped with muller light yogurt & fruit.
-Burnt marshmallows!
- Pink & whites (marshmallow & biscuit)
-sugar free jelly
> -Burnt marshmallows!
Marshmallows under the grill lovely, but you have to watch straight away though, they get blinkin hot, burn your mouth off they will.
well the chocolate wanting has gone alltogether again,
so i am doing very well on some dried fruit not a lot of it only a small handfull when i feel like some
i have had some mini merangues last weekend with fresh fruit and yogurt on them
they where lovely,
so i think i am doing very well
> so i think i am doing very well
I think so too.:)
Im down 6 and a half stone and I dare not start, what i do munch is granola - I have a small portion and chomp away, its very sweet and does the trick - 1 bar of chocolate and I would be lost again for ever..........
Good going there.
And the advantage to Granola of course it takes some chomping through too.
>Im down 6 and a half stone
Snap! But I do allow myself a little of what I fancy and have done all along.
Although, once you realise that a standard bar of chocolate 'costs' about 20 minutes of hard cardio in the gym, you soon learn to make do with a mouthful instead of the whole bar!
Yes and Im so afraid that a square would not do a big big bar would. So I will stick to granola and a nice muslie in the morning before work.
