Can anybody help,my friend had a litter ,all rehomed now except for one,he is ten weeks old now and is constantly rubbing his tummy on the floor.well thats what she thought,vet thought may be his penis,after antibiotics ect they cant throw any light on this problem he has been doing this from a three weeks old,.
