Topic Dog Boards / Breeding / top up with baby dog milk or start to wean?

Hi my pups are now 16days old and were all gaining weight well in the beginning. I dont weigh everyday except in the first few days or unless i can see a pup not feeding well.
Wormed them on saturday (day 14) and all had done well, got one littlier one but she is well over double birth weight. Re weighed on on sunday before worming again and one of the boys had lost 19g but the little girl had gained 50g, initially i thought i must have got his weight wrong on saturday so obviously re checked them all this morning.
The boy that had lost yesterday gained only 5g and the little girl had lost 5g all the other four are piling on about 40g a day.

so now i'm worried about these 2, they are latching and feeding and dont allow themselves to be pushed off and after weighing them i put them onto the back teats for a feed (re weighed after a feed and both had 5g on them) so now i dont know whether to top up with royal canin baby dog milk or go straight to start weaning, which i was going to do maybe wednesday or thursday anyway??

any thoughts and advice please. both pups are well and responsive to touch and to mum. Mum is eating ok never been a big eater and drinking well.

I myself wouldn't bother topping up with milk, i would go straight to weaning as even if the smaller pups don't take to it straight away it will give them more time at the milk bar whilst the bigger greedier pups are filling up on food.. They will only start to wean if they are interested so go for it as if I remember right you have a medium/large breed anyway.
