This is the sort of thing the KC discourages, have you sent the details to the ABS at the KC

Polly i've given up how many times i've reported them to KC.  last time i did it i gave them all the info cos they were too lazy to look it up themselves.  makes me so mad. Recently advertised their stud  to include mating other breeds !!!!

Just a thought, did you report it to the ABS section at the KC or just the general line - I would call them and insist on speaking to Bill Lambert or Glenway Dimock, and follow it up with a letter confirming the details.  They say they rely on "us"  (the average dog people) to help police the scheme, so it seems only reasonable that the investigate and act when presented with the results of your "policing".  As far as I can remember iis part of the ABS that you agree to register all pups, so this seems a blatant infringement.  Not sure about the stud dog bit, I don't remember too much about use of studs.

Have you also advised the breed club as they might be able to contact the KC as well. 

i emailed KC  they asked for details and then ABS  department contacted me asking for even more details.
I first reported this breeder a couple of years ago!
