flipping heck that is very close to me, 10-15 min drive.. We have horses, best make owners aware :-(

I saw this last evening of the late local news, it beggars belief. Personaly I would like to see those that left them being made to eat them.

I'd love to say the former, which maybe to a certain extent, but personally and sorrowfully I feel the latter :-(
