Can anyone recommend a company that delivers bails of shavings for a reasonable price? As we come more towards winter I'm getting ready to bring the horses back inside (aaaaggghhhhh).

I'm on the West / North Yorks border.

If you have a local joiners you could ask them for their shavings. Someone comes to collect my OH's shavings for their horse. Note that it won't be dust extracted though if your horse has dust problems.

I get mine from a farm and country supplier. Have a look in your yellow pages.

You'll also find that a lot of tree surgeons need to get rid of theirs. I know ours has to pay to dispose of them.
