Just a warning - our 10 month old Papillon had always had watery eyes - creating tear stain, yes nothing new there with this breed I hear you say!!  Well I refferred her to a Vet at Mirfield, West Yorkshire that specialised in eyes at an initial cost of £108 for 40 mins...........he automatically after a few trials/questions and tests said he's like to put Pandora under to operate!!  3 hours later we found out poor lil Pandora Papillon HAD NO BOTTOM EARS DUCTSe Vet created new ones and we have never looked back ...........plus now her fur is stain-free!  Are we all so much of a push-over to blame something a stubborn as tear stain on something more serious!?  It was an expensive job all in it cost over £800 but my lil girl can now see nicely!

Glad she is better.Though initially it was thought mine were blocked,it was discovered when I was young that I too was born with no tear ducts so had an operation to create new ones.Good job the NHS didn't charge :)
