Yeah, quite often they refuse the first time. They like to have a balance of lay people and experts. You'll probably get an email in about 3-4 weeks telling you that they have accepted you.

I think I would probably feel relieved that I had been refused by them. I would far rather join a forum where everyone sharing the same interest was welcomed - especially those who are new to that way of feeding and are trying to be responsible by researching and asking questions.

no,i did eventually get accepted on britbarf,just saw this site,and thought"ooh!"
