Hi Everyone.

Is it just me or do Pet plan ring others up a fair bit, they always start by saying we are ringing you today to update or records? Is it really them?

Same here, I've been with them for over 15 years (ish) and never been called by them.

I have recently had such a call but put it down to me issuing puppy policies  after quite a long break.

Maybe call them to ask why they keep phoning you, they should have records of any contact with you and can tell you if it's really them.

I have been with Pet Plan for 9 years and never had a phone call from them that I am aware of. Mind you I have caller ID and have stopped answering the calls that show up as International as I am fed up of someone trying to sell me something.

I had a call recently as I haven't had a litter for 3 years. First time though.

I had a call last week about how I activated puppy policies.  No personal information was asked for - so I answered the questions.

I had a call yesterday, firstiitme ever, and I have been wiht them for years.  No personal details asked, they wanted to know how I acitvate my policies, if I have any trouble doing so, do I show and if so how had I found their shows presence this year?  Nothing intrusive, and no detaisl asked.

I have had my first ever call from them, and I've used them for years.

Unfortunately they called my mobile during the day.  I just said that I was in a government office and not allowed to take private calls!

I had the exact same call as Gwen, few days ago. First time ever, I've been with them for as long as I can remember -20 years or so.

I've had the same call too - I assumed it was because we hadn't bred a litter for a couple of years so they were checking we were still "active" in wanting to use their Breeder scheme.

Had a call a couple of weeks ago. Not had a litter for 2 and a half years. May be why!
