hi more advice is needed please,i have been taking my new pup to ringcraft and have found an open show in Oct when she is old enough in my star print diary so have secretary's phone number but wonder when is the right time to phone for schedule I'm quite nervous so just wanted to make sure i get it right first time and know information is always true thanks sorry so long winded await your replies x Nessa 

I don't expect the schedules will have been printed yet but phone the secretary & say your new to showing & could you be sent a schedule when they are available.
My other bit of advise would be not to phone after 9pm & if possible, not before 9am. Having been a breed club sec, I speak from experience.

ps, i like to offer a sae for it so it helps to keep posting costs down for the club.

Most ringcraft clubs have schedules available for upcoming shows. Why not ask them if they have the one you are looking for? If not, then phone the secretary and let them know you are interested. Most don't mind you phoning so long as it isn't too late in the evening, or early in the morning.

Would phone now, or send a SAE the schedules for our November show will be ready in the next week so it is not too soon and if they are not ready they will put you on a list, well one would hope they would.

Have you checked online as many schedules are readily available on there.
