Hi

Ive just treated myself to a Kangaroo leather show lead and was wondering if anyone else had one and if so what do you use to clean it, mines white !!

Thanks

I have had one for about 8 years now, and it is great, still pliable, not stretched at all.  Can't help too much on the cleaning as mine is a natural tan sort of colour, and has never been cleaned at all, although I suppose I woudl use saddle soap if I needed to.  Nor sure what would be best on a white one, perhaps jsut a quick wipe over with a baby wipe?

I've just bought a kangaroo show set in white for one of the puppies who are 6 months tomorrow and have their first show next week.  She is pied so hence the white show set.  As she'll only have it on in the ring I don't think it'll get that dirty but when I have to I will just give it a wipe over with a baby wipe and hope for the best!

:(  poor Kanga's.

I hope no-one takes this the wrong way...
I'm not a vegetarian, and I do wear cow leather shoes, etc etc... but I've read and heard that the kangaroo's that provide the leather for such products aren't treated very ethically.
Having now seen 'roo's' in the wild, it kind of hits home a bit more.

I'm sure the leads and collars are rather nice though :)
