Can anyone help, I have small breed dog 7 in litter, 1 puppy that has been doing really well, has started crying and is making a clicking sound when breathing, doesn't want to feed! vet cant find anything wrong, chest ok, no temperature! could he be missing something anyone else experienced anything similar, mum is getting very anxious. Please if anyone can advise would be very grateful! oh by the way puppy is 3 weeks 2 days old

sounds like it has a chest infection - most probably needs antibiotics. Talk to your vet again, see if they have missedit.
I would insist that they put the pup on AB's cannot do any harm.
Years ago we used to get this with young rabbits, it was always a chest infection, you could hear them clicking when they breathed.
Yes, get him to the vets, sounds very much like an infection in his chest perhaps? We had a poorly pup the other week not quite the same but she was very weak, suddenly stopped feeding. Our vet gave her some liquid AB which I just gave with a syringe. She began picking up straight away..and had no side effects what so ever to having AB's.
I have a friend who has a litter at present, has already lost one then one started to mess and not feed. Her Vet said same, no temperature and wouldn't give AB's. I took her to my Vet who saw that she had a very inflamed area at the back of the palate and gave Liquid Synulox. Pup is doing great now but it has been a struggle. Also after a Vet check she has been told to give Bio Yoghurt. She has changed her Vets!
