Can anyone help please - I know that the Red Book says that BOB and BP must be awarded and I am wondering if the same applies to Reserve Best of Breed assuming there were at least two exhibits in the breed. Does it have to me awarded and if not under what circumstances can it be withheld.

As far as I'm aware(& without looking at the red book) a Reserve BOB is awarded should the BOB get disqualified. This is the same reason as to why Reserve CC is awarded
