ANyone else having problems?

It's very slow to load, and apparently if you have certain browsers you need to download a tool to view them properly - but I haven't yet checked if that's a genuine Virgin.net email or a scam.

I did wonder if it was a scam as I can't get on but when I sign in it says that it's taking me to a google page and then says cannot connect.

Phew just phoned and it's a fault, should hopefully be right by 8.
