Anyone have any good suggestions about walks around Ballater - in a sheep free zone - preferably between 1-2 hours long?  Thanks.

This might be of help. I love walking round Loch Muick a few times but it would take a while longer than 2 hrs! The scenery is beautiful and there's a good chance of spotting deer, maybe even Royalty but there are sheep wandering around too so we haven't been back since we got the dogs.
