if a bitch has an ear infection can it stop a bitch getting pregnant?

i think it would depend on what type of bacteria is causing the infection , but i think a quick call to your vet would put your mind a rest

If its a really serious infection I wouldn't put her to stud that season until it clears up as pregnancy takes a lot out of a bitch, if its only a little infection I cant see it making too much difference. Sophie has just developed an ear infection and she is due in a week so we are trying to be careful when treating it.
