Any ideas for nice cat beds anyone? I need one as a Christmas present.

Sharon,
What about the kind made of fleece that hang on the radiator, I gave one to a friend and her cats love it. Also Snnnooozzee (sp) do lots of beds and have a website

Sis you already have the perfect cat bed....its called a DEERHOUND!!!!;)
The moment Damson lays down anywhere, Henna is curled up on top of her, so that must be the answer!

I've got a few of those Sis :) and the cats do like them. This one is for the in-laws and I haven't talked them into a proper bed for their cat yet :)

Hi Sharon,
Kuga is a very fussy little madam, but we bought her a radiator bed - they come in material or a kind of pouchy sheepskin) and she loves it... the minute the heating goes on she is there, the rest of the time she sleeps on top of the computer!
Good luck.

Thanks Alex. I have those for my own cats and they love them too, but have bought a fancy soft pyramid job for my in-laws' cat since the present is for them more than for poor puss! :)
Mine are also computer haunters and if I go haywire in chat its usually due to a typing cat, or in the days of Madame La P. a literary deerhound! :D

I suffer the haunting cat syndrome too Sharon :)

Hadn't thought about this before but I bet if I still had my Siamese I would have been working round dangling tail and paws. The front of our gas fire is scratched from the times Ser fell alsleep on the mantlepiece and slid off :-D She always tried to look as if she'd jumped not fallen,

I would like a radiator bed for my cat but cant get that link to work properly

Mattie,
I would think most petshops and on line sites would have them. The one I got for my friend came from Guide Dogs catalogue

Ive managed to order one wish Id have known argos had them before though, never mind.
The whole idea of this bed is because she is sick of Ned tipping her out of the other one I figure she will be safe on the radiator :) :) :) Am I living in cuckoo land ??

Just watch Ned doesn't try to get into it like my bracco did  Whatever made him think
he could get into something soooooooo tiny, I will never know. Thank god Alfraido the Fearless wasn't in it at the time!

LOL ..... Leigh did you know all this before ?? you know when I kept getting the cute pics :) You Know ;) before I took the trip to Norfolk ;) ;) Ive a feeling my life will never be the same again :)

Opps .... didn't I mention it before :P
I did say they were MADDDDDDDDDDDDDD ;-)
Laws has taken to racing around the house at full pelt and using the furniture as *spring boards* Her cornering leaves a lot to be desired. Cat is still alive though, which is truly amazing, especially as she is teething at the moment! :D She really makes me LOL because she will be chewing and I ask to see what she has in her mouth and she spits another tooth out into my hand :D She is the bees knees ;-)

Yes, but is he still The Phantom Knicker Nicker :D
By Helen

He is. I leave him at my sisters during the day so we can walk them at lunch. She was moaning yesterday that he had been in her wash basket and chewed a pair up. He doesn't eat them so much now, just chews them. I keep telling her to put them in the washing machine but she thought the basket would be safe enough! His boneo biscuit jar is getting fewer each day with each of his misdemeanours.
Not sure what I did for fun before Harve as he certainly keeps us amused now!

Hi Mattie, sorry couldn't do a link to the specific item, so you have to click on cat and dog beds and its in there, there is another one online at
http://www.animalinstinct.co.uk/cat66-1.htm oooo hope it works!
online they seem to be £15-£20 ish
Argos do still do them - page 926 Cat No 870/3598 - and they are only £8.95 in there! Bargain!
still not mastered the linky thing :( Julie:) noooo change that to I did it, I did It!!! except it took me so long Leigh has already done the same one!
