yesterday mum was in the bed with them and a fly came close to the box mum went to get the fly and made pup cry im not sure if she stud on her ? i was in the room but it all happend so quickly.

Think she should be steady on her feet now perhaps a trip to the vet with her is in order as if it is a problem sooner treated sooner mended.

i think they all develop at different rates and what one can do others may need a few more days or so, i have had puppies really steady at 3 weeks but i have also had them unsteady still at 4 weeks, all went on to be happy healthy adults. That puppy may just be slower to develop.

If you are concerned mum may of injured her then it may be worth a check up but i hope that she is just a little slower than her littermates :)

Agree with Mandy, they do differ.  I have wobbly 4 week old pups at the moment, but I'm not worried about them.

It is years since I had a litter so you may be right but how do you wean when one or more of the litter can't walk and rarely tries.

I had a litter last year where I was really worried about one of them.  I would just put him on a carpeted area, hold his head up high and get him to walk to me, with me holding him under his chin.  Took a while but he soon got there.  Now he's running around and swimming every day with his owner.

mine have lay down at the dish has its a flat one ,they can still lick and eat it ;-)

jean and mandy i agree with you both :) i was just worried because mum had hurt her ,but ive been watching her like a hawk and she is walking better this morning so mum just made her cry but no damage has been done.

thanks everyone x
