hi,anyone on the sugar busters or low g i diet?the book i read is full of meat,and im a veggie!just wondered if i adapted it,if itd still work!what i really want is a diet that allows you to eat loads and still lose weight!miracles,anyone?

weightwatchers, promotes sensible healthy eating and you can eat loads as long as you count your points, and the more you exercise the more you can eat - ive lost 3 stone so far :)

I never like any of the food on these planned diets, as I don't like pasta or veg. Any diets that let you eat breadcrumbed food, steaks, burgers, chocolate and crisps and still lose weight? :-D
