Have the recipes changed recently does anyone know?
I started feeding my two BC boys on this again for the past couple of months (they were fed on it before about a year ago and I tried dabbling with raw), they were fine on the chicken but I always used to feed them the different flavours so the next bag I got lamb and my eldest now has really dry skin on his back with flakes coming off and the only thing I can think of is the food cos it is the only thing that has changed.

That is odd as my GSP has recently started with dry skin too, and he is fed on it. My mastiffs are all fine on it though still but they are fed a different type to him with them being on large breed adult.
Don't know whether they've changed the recipe ... I'm about to open a bag of L&R after not having been on it a little while! If you e-mail Ness at Arden Grange, I'm sure she'll advise. I've found her to be very helpful and I don't think she'll whitewash you or cover up any changes.

It is the time of year for skin problems, mine are on Burns and two of them have dry skin too, I put it down to the coating.
I have been feeding ours on AG Lamb & Rice for about the last 6 months and have not had any problems, everyone is doing well on it and their coats lovely and shiny etc..

I've been feeding both my dogs on AG Lamb for about a year now. One has recently been put on the Light, but both have beautiful shiny coats, especially my bitch who's still on the Lamb.
No problems here I'm afraid.
ummmm very odd as he has previously been fed AG with no issues at all and had the chicken and rice previously with no problems. will keep an eye on it but he has never really suffered from skin problems

As Nova says I think it's just that time of year, they're moulting like you wouldn't believe. My lot are fed CSJ and are don't suffer with skin problems, but they're all a bit scurfy at the moment. I'm having to hoover 3 times a day, and I'm getting a full carrier bag off them each time I "furminate".

I had heard they were going bust. Also that changes have been made to the food.
Not sure how true that is of course.

Oh thats good news.
