Does anyone take a daily vitamin tablet/supplement and if so why and does it do any good?
I had a full hysterectomy 3&1/2 weeks ago and due to having had breast cancer cannot take HRT but not any symptoms yet odd hot flush at night. Nothing else but started to take last week a sanatogen A-Z multi vitamin and wondered if anyone noticed any benefit......

Consultant told me I would have to take calcium to increase bone strength.....but don't see him till 6 week checkup....so we he and I will talk....but wondered if anyone had any benefits/negatives regarding vitamins....I eat a good varied diet normaly but recouping not eating loads having 3 meals a day.

Yes I take Life Daily One: Formula for women.. 11 vitamins & iron, calcium, magnesium + beta carotene
No artificial flavour, lactose or yeast. But I seem to only remember to take it when Iam working so 5 outta 7 days I guess isn't that bad lol

I was told to start taking calcium so I don't end up with Osteoporosis, so I started just taking calcium pills and Vitamin D. I was always tired and then switched to this daily one and found it has helped alot maybe because of the iron, think I was lacking that. I also take glucosamine everyday as well...

I heard its actually better to eat something like 5 small meals a day then to eat 3 meals a day- I don't no. I just pretty much eat when Iam hungry..

The meals I am eating as small but not getting out and about due to complications with wound opening after staples out back to hospital on Tuesday hope 2nd attempt at joining me back together will work.

I figured multi vitamins would be best......for the time being anyhow...rather than just calcium.....

I take Maca, google it and you may see that it is very beneficial to you.

Um no, I eat well though. I tried all sorts of things for my early menopause and niht sweats but just use magicool spray (from Sainsbury's) to cool me down.
