Hi I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I have a beautiful st bernard. A female. She's 18 months and in her next season we want to breed her. I need to find a pedigree stud in the area. I also need to find out about pedigree papers for the pups and how much they are. Can anyone help???

Hi guest, You, like me have a giant breed, and if she is a six monthly cycle bitch, her next season will be too early!! Leave it at least until the season after next.

And in the mean time talk to her breeder about the best lines to use on her. And get all the needed health tests done. And purchase all the needed equipment. And read all the needed books. And if possible show her so people can see what they will be allowing their studs to cover and if they will advise people to purchase the pups. It would be as well to join at least one of the breed clubs too. Jackie
