Due to my puppy being a difficult eater of the croquettes i put in her bowl. Ignores them as standard. I asked the local French vet about vitamins...i do not see these things much in petshops in France...they said NON...it was their experience after years of promoting them that the calcium in particular DAMAGED the dogs growth as it went too fast and so they advise IGNORE NON eating and do NOT give supplements. HOWEVER ! there are some vitamin B tablets around i found in POLAND suggested due to my puppy eating DOG TURDS that someone said to me was because she is searching for missing elements to eat found in those ! horrible i know...but i ask...are there SAFE vitamin tablets for PUPPIES anyone could recommend or not in the UK ? what is the general expert view on such things for dogs ? i like the idea of FISH OILS for eyes and hair that i as a human take for myself, the food even fresh nowadays according to Boots literature on supplements says is 70 percent less nutritious than 30 years ago due to modern farming techniques...so ? i take them ! but i hesitate...with my puppy..she is NOT A GUINEA PIG for that i say ! i care too much about her to try the unknown !
