Pork can carry tapework, and I don't bother feeding it as I get good supplies of other bones, so just make sure your wormer covers them for that.

Mine are fine with pork too.  Pork ribs are often not too expensive and pork belly can be a useful one if you need to add a little more weight

I have heard it can do, but I think modern pig-rearing methods cover that, also pigs are no longer fed on human food-waste after F&M.
Always remember my mother slapping my hand if I tried to nibble raw bacon rind as a kid (yes I was weird) saying I'd get worms, but then she used to say that if I tried to eat raw pastry too - back in the old days pastry was made with pig lard so I guess it might have had some truth in it. There's something else it use to carry too - trichomoniasis? or something like, don't think it does nowadays.

I have been told the same as you MsTemeraire. I asked the question during a trip to the vets, and was told because of changes in modern day farming methods, it is absolutely fine to feed pork.

I avoid pork as more often or not my 3 (2 fussy and one not) will refuse it.  I have a supply of mostly beef and lamb so its not something I offer them often.
