i need to buy some new thinning scissors , (Single) any recommendations for a decent pair without breaking the bank?.

I got mine from HUB international at a show. Gordon is always good at guiding you to the best pair within your budget.

thank Ann. i'm so careless i can't warrant paying £100 plus for a pair.

Why single, S.? Unless you can convince me of why single are better, I have a great Wahl pair I could flog you LOL.

dunno M . always used single, probably cos i'd be lethal with double. lol.
I've got a pair on single sided roseline thinners that I like. They're not too heavy and feel right for me.

Mine were £12- I have been using them for 3 years and they are fab- I told Gordon I needed a good pair that didn't cost the earth and he took the pair he had handed me out of my hand and changed them for these ones.
I have a pair from Mikki - cost me £10ish and work a treat on my mongrel's coarse hair. I've used them regularly for at least 5 years but they could easily be replaced more often at that price without breaking the bank :)
