hi ppl, ive posted a few times on here with regards to feeding my fussy akita. i recently went back to arden grange and top it up with naturesmenu pouches, she cleans her bowl everytime now and im very happy with this. but ive recently seen wainwrights wet trays, it says on them you only have to feed 3/4 to 1 tray a day for a large dog, this doesnt seem to be very much. i bought her a few trays to try and i have to say she ate it and seemed to enjoy it, they also come in lots of flavours. as anyone tried these trays for a period of time, if so what do you think?

I use the trays of wainwrights wet and find them very good quality and value.
My Goldens will eat 3/4 of a tray each divided twice a day plus dry complete.
They are very well priced at the moment at 12packs for £7.50.

I am just in the process of swopping over to it, My BC bitch wont eat dry kibble unless it is orijen but adores natures harvest and has been on this for about 6 weeks now and is thriving.  I saw the wainwrights trays and bought some of the duck and tried her and she loved them so am gonna stick with them as they are cheaper than natures harvest and the ingredients and feeding amounts arent that different.  She currently weighs 14.3kg and has a tray each day.

Yes I feed Whistler the same he has a third of a tray and whilst he is uber picky he does clear the meat and leave his science plan biscuit and his coat ect is fine. Been using it about twelve months with no problems.

Hi

Well if my very fussy afghan will eat them, then they have to be good!!!

But I give half a tray and a mix with dry, I must admit I tend to only use when we are away in the caravan as I normal feed tripe/raw etc.

But I think its really good food as must be rather tasty otherwise my boys would not touch it.
