Currently feeding Arden Grange to all my dogs (2 x greyhounds, springer x, Bullmastiffs x 2)  either lamb or rice or chicken and rice except the 11week old pup he is on large breed puppy.  Have always added wet food to their food sometimes naturediet, wainwrights wet and tripe in the past.  Been having problems with all of them lately (except pup) for leaving their food this seems to happen periodically and when it does they all follow suit! Thinking of getting tripe again as can remember everyone seemed to like this just I worry is it ok to add to their food long term? Especially the puppy? Can't change their dry food as bought in bulk and have about six sacks upstairs!! Anyway I am generally happy with Arden Grange just don't like to seem them not enjoying it.  One of my elderly greyhounds has always been on the lean side so especially don't like to see her not eating.  I would like to add they have all been recently checked by a vet. Any other ideas as well as tripe would be appreciated. Thank you

My Bullmastiff and Whippet have been given tripe as added extras since puppies.
I've not come across any problems with it, in fact I am well on my way to now feeding a completly raw diet as they much prefer it.
My Bullmastiff was on Beta with either tripe, minced chicken, minced beef or minced rabbit mixed in. He loves carrot and will often take a whole one to nibble on, he also loves apple and raw eggs anything really. Chicken wings are also one of his favourites.

If they eat it and enjoy it why not, just cut the dry food down slightly to compensate for feeding the meat :)

I would say it's fine to add tripe for the pup. Would just add tho that both my dogs will eat their Arden Grange with nothing at all added. If I do add something then it's a special treat. IMO if you always add meat, you might as well save your money and just give a mixer biscuit, as the AG is a complete food which dogs do extremely well on.

...then again, my dogs would probably love to come to yours for dinner..lol!

Our Bullies are fed tripe and working trial food as well as the odd pilchard, it seem to do them no harm and we introduced it to puppies when they have been quite young and they loved it with no ill effect.

By mixing it up you add a bit of spice to life and make it more exciting for the dogs.
