Last year me boy was diagnosed with suspected Discoid Lupus - basically an allergic reaction to UV light. He's been fine all winter but now the weathers getting warmer the tell tale spots have started to reappear on his muzzle and around his mouth. They don't bother him at all but we were told it could eventually lead to skin cancer as the skin keeps getting damaged. The vet suggested using sun cream in warm weather to help prevent the spots appearing. does anybody know of a good doggy suncream and where I can get it from? I've tried my local PAH but they didnt stock any.

I don't know of anywhere specifically, but try the online pet pharmacies, like Vet-Medic - google and you'll come up with somewhere online, if someone else doesn't point you in the right direction first. :-) HTH.

Scroll down and you will get to Pethealth Sunblock Cream - but I'd shop around a bit, you might find something better/ cheaper.
