Today  I'm happy with the golfing skills of himself..............
He played and won a competition at the weekend, the prize apart from a trophy, is a matching pair of his and hers Tissot watches.
So he is definatley in the good books, with my blessing to carry on golfing.

Ah well done him!!! :) and you too :) My OH used to play Golf years ago, (he is much older then me! hehehe) but he prefers racing cars now!! His golf set rusted away in the shed :(

Must admit Gemini, my golf clubs are also gathering dust hubby and I used to play together (I'm rubbish :-) ) But he wanted me to enjoy the tranquility of golf too, well I enjoyed my little lady golfclubs, the scenery and the meal we had afterwards but ooohhh it's so unexciting, especially when you are bad at it. :-D Luckily my sons like it so I could escape and turn it into a male bonding session.

Mind you might find it more interesting if Tissot watches were thrown at me. :-)

We started and learned together, I got my hanicap (eventually) but then we moved back here and I wasn't bothered about joining in anymore as I wasn't much good.
Now I wont, I'd rather have the dogs with me if out walking for hours!
As for racing cars, the news here is Jensen Button has a bought a house and is moving over, much to the delight of the local enthusiasts.
