Unfortunately for some, like my daughters friend, being stuck abroad means they may miss their exams. The Standard Grade Art Exam is on Friday, with English next Thursday. :-( What's going to happen to them? Will they be allowed to sit when they return? This isn't life threatening, but it is their future that could be at risk if they don't have the results they need because of the stress involved.

Trevor Just called to say the airways are open again and they will begin the long process of getting everyone home - he hopes to get a flight to Athens and then onto Heathrow tomorrrow - hooray !!

What we do is either park so they cant get out or stack materials behind their car. They go ape, but my guys just smile and have a cup of tea.

We have a HUGE sign saying no turning or parking but I think they must all be foreign because they cant read it!!

The Drs surgery was heaving Monday and parents were going potty as they had parked for play school and some twit boxed them all in!! Its a bit like hedge warfare you get in such a rage at peoples non caring attitude. My brother once followed a guy home and parked in his drive whilst he had a fag - a real laugh but he's over 6 foot and built like the proverbial.
