Can anyone recommend?

There is a cleaning smell that has been at all the kennels that I have visited and despite making the effort to ask someone last time what it actually was I have now forgotten.

I thought it was Kennel Man (or something similar) but can't find that online anywhere.

Any ideas or if anyone can recommend a cleaner that smells really nice I would appreciate it.

Many thanks.

My breeder friend uses Sorgene in her kennels. Can't say I've noticed any smell at all with that.

I have tried Yardfresh & unineoff. both good but not cheap.

I am at presant using Safe4. good also
I do use persil liquid (both bio & non bio) when on offer. At the moment the co op have this less than half price.
it was someone with kennels(that dont smell) that recommended Persil!

I wish I knew which worked out best and cheapest.

I use Parvovirucide, not cheap but it does dilute really well, smells kind of sweet, bubble gummy.  When I clean the gravel area with it, you can still smell it a couple of days later. I think it was from The Company of Animals.

I use safe 4 Apple flavour, or zoflora lily fresh

Mistral for me too, miles cheaper than any alternative, kills bugs, smells great :-)

Fab thanks - I think I'll give Mistral a go.

Now my only decision is whether to go for cherry or baby powder scent!

Thanks for everyone's help.

I use trigene, this can also be used in the house and to clean dog bowls etc, it isn't cheap to buy, but is fab as you dilute it to the strength you need for the job! You can get it on ebay

Having gone through most of the range, I have to say that both the spearmint and eucalyptus smell lovely and fresh after use.

I use this stuff http://www.hyperdrug.co.uk/Parvo-Virucide/productinfo/PARVOVIRU/ it has all the same properties as Trigene but works out as a saving of around £5, based on prices from the same site.

Smells abit like bubblegum lol

http://www.hyperdrug.co.uk/Formula-H-Concentrated-Disinfectant-5L/productinfo/FORMH5/

We use Formula H in our boarding Cattery as well as for the kitchen floor and dogs room.
Haven't had any viral infections in the Cattery in the 14 years we've been here and customers often remark that the Cattery smells better than some others they've been to :-)

mistral is miles cheaper than all the above and does the same job :-)

Thank you for recommending Mistral. I scrubbed the kennel floors and they were gleaming!!

The smell was so nice I even used it to mop my kitchen and bathroom floors!!!! :)
