Around Hertfordshire...as they are now selling her on a freeads site. I don't know where I should of posted this but I wouldn't want any of my pups sold on without my knowledge (not that I'm planning to ever breed)

Hopefully not a pup from someone on this forum ... sadly I think it's most likely to be a puppy farm. The freeads and internet sites are a haven for puppy farmers, lot being sold as being family pet and no longer able to cope, and similar! 

They could also have purchased from a pet shop or a person that has a pet shop licence but sells from their home, then the purchaser decided for whatever reason they could not keep the poor little mite. The pet shop licence holder has by law to operate under The Sale of Goods Act.  A puppy when sold as part of a business is a commodity the same as anything else and if sold faulty the purchaser has the right to ask for a refund or return the puppy.   But the consumr cannot expect the pet shop licence holder to take the puppy back unless there was good reason for doing so.

The pet shop would not take the puppy back if it was purchased on a whim.  Many purchasers of puppies are reluctant to return a puppy to a pet shop even when it is unwell or diagnosed with a hereditary fault.  But they can make a claim through the small claims court or try to settle a dispute with the seller first for a refund.  

Have you asked this question on any of the breed web forums? Most will let you post or you can contact the person running it to get them to post on your behalf.
